For over 15 years, the residents of BF Townhomes Subdivision—comprising Phase 2, Phase 1 Extension, and the Annex—have faced a recurring struggle: the challenge of establishing a cohesive, recognized leadership to represent our collective interests. Throughout this period, our community has faced numerous setbacks; our attempts to form a formal organization were met with instability, and our efforts to secure a unified voice consistently faltered. As a result, the critical process of property turnover and the formal handover of our common facilities have remained in a state of suspended animation, leaving homeowners in a frustrating limbo.

Too often, we have been left to wonder about the extent of our rights and the protections afforded to us as homeowners under Philippine law. Without a formal body to advocate for our welfare, we have lacked the necessary leverage to hold management accountable, leaving us with unanswered questions regarding our benefits and the long-term maintenance of our community.

However, the year 2026 marks a significant turning point. A glimmer of light has emerged in the form of a dedicated team of courageous individuals who have stepped forward to break this cycle of inaction. United by a shared mission, these neighbors are committed to taking control of our future by reclaiming the management of our subdivision.

Our primary objective is clear: to formalize our standing by achieving official registration with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD). This is not just an administrative task; it is a necessary step to secure the legal authority we need to advocate for our community’s needs, ensure the proper turnover of our facilities, and finally grant every homeowner the security and representation they deserve. Together, we are taking the first step toward a stronger, more organized, and empowered BF Townhomes.
