The BFTownhomes Subdivision, encompassing Phase 2, the Phase 1 Extension, and the Annex, is a well-established residential community located in Barangay Pajac, Lapu-Lapu City, in the province of Cebu, Philippines.

United by a shared mission, these neighbors are committed to taking control of our future by reclaiming the management of our subdivision.
In order to effectively provide the best possible resources to our community, our dedicated officers have organized themselves into specialized working committees. Each committee is focused on addressing specific concerns and issues, ensuring that every challenge is met with appropriate solutions. This collaborative approach allows us to resolve community matters more efficiently and effectively.

October 15, 2026 marked a significant milestone for the community as the United BF Townhomes Homeowners Association, in active cooperation with the BF Property Development Corporation, officially and successfully submitted all required documentation and compliance requirements to the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development ( DHSUD). This pivotal submission represents a major step forward in securing full legal legitimacy, formal recognition, and complete regulatory compliance for the association, ensuring better governance and security for all residents and property owners within the community.

In light of the persistent challenges our community faces, including burglary, vandalism, and disturbances that compromise the safety and security of our residents, the executive officers have made the decision to take proactive measures. To address these ongoing issues effectively, they are excited to announce the initiation of our very first project: the installation of a comprehensive CCTV system. This project aims to enhance community security and create a safer environment for everyone.
