Last month, the dedicated team at BF Paray Group took an important step as part of the initiation process for the initial turnover of the Properties. The group officially issued the First Warning to all homeowners who are currently in violation of established regulations. It has come to our attention that there are ongoing instances of illegal construction of parking areas within the common spaces of our community. This practice is not only a breach of our policies but also poses challenges to the overall harmony and functionality of our shared environment. As we move forward, the Executive team is currently in the process of meticulously preparing all the necessary requirements for the official registration of the Association. This effort is being carried out in close coordination and with the invaluable assistance of the BF Paray Group. A few weeks ago, our water supply experienced an unexpected disruption caused by significant leakage issues. The situation became so severe that BF Maintenance had no choice but to shut off the water supply entirely to address the problem effectively. In response to this urgent matter, BF Management is actively working on a comprehensive plan to completely overhaul the water tank. This initiative aims to ensure the integrity of our water supply system and prevent future disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we undertake this important project.
